The old stables and haylofts of Son Josep de Baix were transformed by the architect Toni Esteves into comfortable and modern spaces, preserving the character and charm of the building.
The stone walls, the arches made of Marés limestone, the stone floors, and the typical Mallorcan clay roofs reflect the building’s long history. These traditional elements have been combined with quality furnishings and other accessories in light tones. Our apartments thus blend modern comforts with the rural simplicity of yesteryear.
One-bedroom

There are five small apartments ranging from 40 to 58 m2 that feature a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Family
Apartment
There is a medium-sized apartment of 65 m2 with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower, which is perfect for families.
2-bedroom
apartment
There are three large apartments ranging from 70 to 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed or two single beds, and another with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and another with a shower or bathtub).
EQUIPMENT
The apartments are spacious and feature a living room with comfortable sofas, an open-plan kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and everything you need to cook during your stay; a dining room and a terrace with a barbecue.
The apartments are situated on the property in such a way that each guest enjoys privacy. The terraces, for example, are arranged so that, even during peak season, each guest can enjoy their private space and the peaceful atmosphere characteristic of the countryside.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a dehumidifier, and a safe. There is also ample space for a cot for children under 2 years old (extra charge: €8 per night).
Your stay:
Towels and soap will be provided in the bathroom, and the beds will be ready upon your arrival. Apartment cleaning is done every 3 to 4 days. If you would like more frequent cleaning, please let us know.
