High quality and high comfort:

The 9 family-friendly holiday apartments in the rural hotel son Josep de Baix are spread widely on the estate. With a lot of attention to detail, the Majorcan architect Toni Esteves transformed former barns and stables into modern and comfortable apartments preserving the original character and the history of each building: open and half-plastered walls, arches of Es Marés limestone, stone floors and the traditional Majorcan clay ceilings are witnesses of the long history. These historic elements are combined with high-quality furniture and accessories in light colours bringing together the comfort of today and the rural simplicity of the past.

We distributed the apartments on the property in a way that provides high privacy to every guest. For example, the terraces are facing the nature and not your neighbour. You can thus enjoy peace and privacy even in high season.

Equipment:

Each of the 9 apartments is spacious and has a living room with a cosy sofa, a kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and everything you need to prepare your meals, a dining area and a beautiful terrace with barbeque.

Every apartment has air-conditioning, heating, dehumidifier and a safe and can be equipped with a baby cot for one child of up to 2 years (fee: € 8 per night). In eight of our apartments, there is enough space for an extra bed.

Your stay:

Towels and hand soap are provided in the bathrooms, the beds are made with fresh linen. Also, upon arrival, you will find a basket of fresh fruit, vegetables and milk in your kitchen to give you a good start of your holiday!

We clean the apartments every 3 to 4 days. Please let us know if you require additional cleaning.

Our system:

TFree Wi-Fi is available in all public areas and at the pool. In the apartments, there is no internet connection available.

We did not put TVs in the apartments because we want to animate you to focus on yourself and your travel companions.
